Welcome to OZ

The Oz Team is a corporate project team responsible for team training and development. The team is made up of a cross functional group of individuals dedicated to fostering teaming principles across Gazette Communications.

This six-member team acts as a resource to teams, team members, coaches and all other employees interested in developing team-building skills. The Oz Team is dedicated to a culture of ongoing education, the sharing of best practices, enhancing employee’s work performance and improving personal work fulfillment.
