Mobile Action Support Helpers

Vision: To champion an ongoing process improvement culture by being a training resource to help employees generate and continually evaluate processes that ultimately improve the quality of our products.

Mission: To education and lead employees through process improvement and planning tools that enable them to independently enhance or develop processes to sustain the growth of Gazette Communications.

The MASH team was established in February 2001. The team consists of a group of individuals from various parts of the company who were given a goal to learn problem-solving tools and train others to look at different processes throughout the company. MASH is equipped with process improvements tools and techniques hat can help guide people with process, analysis, evaluation and implementation including Prioritization, Project Planning and Decision Making.
