Gazette Direct Marketing Services (GDMS), established as a research and development department, is a division of Publications, Inc., a Gazette Media Company. Based on a very successful research and development evolution, a commitment was made to provide Eastern Iowa businesses with what they wanted and needed to complete their media mix: an accurate and accessible target marketing service specializing in Eastern Iowa.

GDMS has worked with more than 400 different marketers since July 1993. Because we partner with businesses to increase their marketing resources without adding to staff or expense budgets, we have grown dramatically, serving local and national accounts.

As a service bureau, we offer a la carte services so marketers can choose only the services that fit their needs. We offer services in eight key areas of direct marketing: mailing list rentals, customer list maintenance and analysis, data processing, mailling services, graphic design, printing, customer profiling and customer/market mapping.

Our mission is to provide the business community with data and related services which will result in a promotional mix that gives clients the beset return on their investment. Our goal is to have the most accurate data, efficient services and informed professionals for database marketing, enabling local businesses to conceive, plan and execute direct marketing concepts.
