Duties & Responsibilities: Color Web Printers is seeking an experienced New Business Development Manager to acquire and develop new business opportunities for commercial sales activities and regional partnerships including printing and distribution for local newspapers. This position is responsible for increasing sales, calling on existing house accounts, and initiating new revenue growth. Other responsibilities include:

• Establish and execute a sales plan to actively generate new business opportunities
• Be an aggressive "hunter" of new customers in obtaining job orders for contract and analyzes account contribution margins and recommends strategies to grow existing business
• Conduct a high level of face-to-face client / prospect meetings, telephone sales calls, and other revenue generating activities to meet company financial objectives
• Establishes key partnerships with print brokers and printing partners to develop and drive revenue
• Maintains relationships with outsourced resources related to mailing services, shipping/transportation of product and with representative organizations (commercial print brokers).
• Manage sales support staff



Qualifications: Position requires 5 – 7 years of professional work experience, including 5 years in new business development or account management, (preferably in commercial print, newspaper or related industries) and 3-5 years of management experience. Candidates must have polished sales delivery skills and possess experience in proposal development, presentation delivery, price negotiation and contract discussion associated with complex organizations.
